QuoteReady provides an AI-powered phone and text receptionist for home-service businesses (landscaping, cleaning, detailing, and similar). This policy explains what information we collect when a customer calls or texts one of our client businesses, and how it's used.

What we collect

When you call or text a business that uses QuoteReady, we collect: your phone number; information you provide in the conversation — your name, the service you're asking about, quantity/size details, and your service address; and the content of the call or text conversation, to generate an accurate quote.

How it's used

This information is used solely to calculate a price quote based on the specific business's own pricing, and to give that business owner what they need to follow up with you (confirm details, schedule the job). We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who it's shared with

Your information is shared only with the specific business you contacted — it is not shared with other businesses on the QuoteReady platform, and not shared with third parties, except the infrastructure providers that make the service work (phone/SMS delivery, and the AI service that powers the conversation), each bound by their own standard data-processing terms.

Message frequency and opt-out

You only receive messages after calling or texting a business number directly — QuoteReady never initiates contact or sends unsolicited messages. Reply STOP at any time to end messages from that business number, or reply HELP for assistance.

Data retention

Quote and conversation records are retained by the business you contacted, for their own recordkeeping, for as long as they use QuoteReady.
