Refund policy

COVERT Pre-Order & Refund Policy

This is a pre-order item. Your order helps confirm production, so it will not ship immediately. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated by email once confirmed.

Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email griffinrowe567@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns and exchanges: Once your order has shipped, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or size exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at griffinrowe567@gmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
