These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of QuoteReady, an AI-powered phone and text receptionist service for home-service businesses. By using QuoteReady, you agree to these Terms.

The service

QuoteReady answers missed calls and texts to a business's phone number, gathers job details from the customer, and calculates a price quote using pricing rules the business owner provides. QuoteReady is a tool to help generate quotes quickly — it does not replace the business owner's own judgment, and quotes may need to be confirmed or adjusted before being treated as final.

Business owner responsibilities

As a business using QuoteReady, you are responsible for: providing accurate pricing rules, reviewing quotes generated on your behalf, communicating directly with your own customers to confirm and schedule work, and complying with all applicable laws regarding your business and customer communications.

No warranty on quote accuracy

Quotes are generated automatically based on the information a customer provides and the pricing rules you configure. QuoteReady does not guarantee that every quote will be accurate, complete, or free of error. You should review quotes before treating them as binding.

Account and billing

Access to QuoteReady may require a subscription or other fee, as communicated to you separately. Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

QuoteReady is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteReady and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including inaccurate quotes or missed messages due to third-party service outages (such as phone or SMS carriers).

Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuoteReady after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
